Training Sessions

From April to September we train on the water 3 times a week, Sunday morning (meet from 9.45 onwards for 10am start), Tuesday and Thursday evenings (meet from 6.45 onwards for 7.15pm start).

From October to March we train on the water on Sunday morning only.

We provide the boat, paddles and everything else you need to participate, you just need to bring:

  • Clothing to paddle in, generally what you’d wear to the gym
  • Old trainers or water shoes/crocs/flip flops
  • A set of clothes to change into after your hot shower
  • Money for the pub afterwards 🙂

The nearest station is Royal Albert DLR.

You can change onto the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) from the underground at Canning Town (interchange with the Jubilee Line), Shadwell (interchange with London Overground), or Bank (interchange with the Central, Norther and Waterloo and City Lines).
